Company Description
We provide management services to campgrounds, marinas, day use areas and other recreation sites for Federal, State and Local Agencies. These services include the maintenance and management of marinas, campgrounds, water recreation facilities, fast food service, fuel docks, boat rentals, bait and tackle stores and the sale of sundry items and services. Some miscellaneous services we provide are outdoor restaurants with chefs and servers as well as our own security team ready to help you out and make sure you have a positive experience! - COLORADO RECREATION - ABOUT US
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cook at Colorado Recreation Company. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for campers and visitors. This includes following recipes, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory and supplies, and collaborating with other staff members to provide high-quality dining experiences. Your work will contribute to the overall mission of CRC to create lasting memories for our visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant culinary certifications or training is a plus
- Passion for outdoor recreation and love for the natural environment
